These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Rankster (the “app”) and this website. By using Rankster, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Rankster tracks and displays App Store chart rankings and related information. Ranking data is gathered from publicly available App Store sources and is provided for informational purposes. We work to keep it accurate and timely, but we do not guarantee that rankings are complete, error-free, or continuously up to date.
Rankster Pro subscription
Rankster offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, Rankster Pro.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
- Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it through unauthorized means, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.
Intellectual property
Rankster and its content (excluding third-party and publicly sourced data) are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. “App Store” and related marks are trademarks of Apple Inc.; Rankster is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Apple.
Disclaimer
Rankster is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for decisions made based on the ranking information provided.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Rankster.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Rankster after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
